Responsibilities Define and execute the global supply chain strategy for biosimilars Lead integrated business planning and translate strategy into actionable supply plans Ensure reliable supply by managing internal manufacturing sites and external CMO partnerships Drive demand, capacity, and inventory planning across a global network Secure launch readiness and lead lifecycle supply management Oversee logistics, distribution, and cold‑chain operations Manage supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies Drive financial performance through cost optimization Build and lead a high‑performing global supply chain organization Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance Requirements University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred) 15+ years in relevant leadership roles within supply chain or manufacturing in biopharma, biotech, or biologics Proven track record in leading end‑to‑end global supply chains Deep understanding of biologics manufacturing and supply processes Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, and supply risk management Experience managing complex global matrix organizations Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
