Offer guidance on Edwards’ global business practices and standards governing interactions with health care providers, while further strengthening and advancing the regional compliance framework. /p h3How you will make an impact: /h3 ul liSet regional compliance strategy by evaluating regulatory requirements and business needs, and by implementing scalable, long‑term compliance solutions /li liAdvise senior and executive leadership on compliance matters, providing insights and recommendations that support informed decision‑making; lead the EMEACLA Compliance Committee in close collaboration with Regional Leadership /li liManage and develop team members at multiple levels, overseeing complex, multidisciplinary responsibilities across regions to ensure effective and pragmatic compliance operations /li liOptimize and streamline HCP‑related policies, processes, and systems by identifying issues, applying internal and external best practices, and driving practical solutions /li liOversee and enhance training programs to ensure they remain comprehensive and risk‑based; guide the development and rollout of improved policies, procedures, and processes across the organization /li liIn close collaboration with the Global Investigations team, support investigations of potential misconduct, ensuring thorough, consistent handling, resolution, and remediation of allegations /li /ul h3What you’ll need: /h3 ul liProven ability to advise and influence senior and executive leaders on complex, high‑risk compliance matters /li liDemonstrated experience setting and driving regional compliance strategy aligned with global standards and business priorities /li liAbility to make sound and independent judgments in ambiguous and highly regulated environments /li liExpert knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks, effective compliance program standards, and industry codes /li liStrong understanding of regulatory expectations governing interactions with healthcare professionals /li liExperience translating risk assessments, monitoring outcomes, and investigations into actionable mitigation plans /li liProven track record of leading, developing, and empowering multi‑level, cross‑regional teams /li liExperience partnering closely with HR on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness /li liAbility to lead through influence and foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and psychological safety /li liExceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with executive‑level audiences /li liAbility to negotiate and manage extremely sensitive matters internally and externally /li liStrong relationship‑building skills across functions, regions, and external stakeholders /li liCapability to optimize and streamline policies, processes, and systems using internal and external best practices /li liExperience embedding metrics to demonstrate the value of compliance and corporate responsibility to the business /li liAbility to influence adoption of new technologies and lead large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives /li liAdvanced professional proficiency in English; additional European languages strongly preferred /li liComfort operating in fast‑paced, complex, and constantly evolving environments /li liStrong attention to detail paired with a pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset /li /ul h3What else we look for: /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in in related field with related experience required /li liMaster’s Degree or equivalent in in related field with related experience preferred /li /ul /p Compliance with the highest levels of integrity is vital to building and maintaining the many trusted relationships that sustain our reputation and credibility.
