What you'll do • Identify business opportunities, prepare pitches and source financing mandates from private equity firms, corporates, family offices and entrepreneurs • Be responsible for the execution of bespoke LBO- and Acquisition financing mandates with exposure to various industries • Advise our clients on complex and individual financing solutions and liase with debt providers, lawyers, DD-providers • Conduct and monitor credit analysis, business forecasts and scenario analysis, financial covenants sensitivities, financial modelling and manage Q&A sessions • Negotiate loan documentation (LMA), term sheets, commitment letters and manage the financing process until closing • Manage project workstreams as well as material preparations independently and develop and train junior team members About you • 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking with an an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or in audit, preferably with one of the Big 4 audit firms • Strong academic background and excellent knowledge in financial modelling and accounting (HGB, IFRS) as well as a network within the financial community • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done, and confidence to drive various work streams on projects • Willingness to support the team with a desire to grow and to develop the business in a performance driven environment • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken What we offer • Organisation with 20 years of track record and an international footprint with five offices in Germany, UK, Sweden, and Finland • Opportunity to take on responsibility in a flat organisational structure and contribute to the growth of the business in an entrepreneurial environment • Strong team spirit with great colleagues, full support from all team members and a fun atmosphere • Exciting range of tasks, projects and deals • Work in a great office in Frankfurt, the financial capital of Germany Contact information Your HR-Team: Sarah & Sophia hr@mcfcorpfin.com About us MCF is a leading independent M&A and Debt Advisory firm with a focus on cross-border and mid-market transactions.
