About the Role: We are seeking a VP ClientSuccess & Retention (f/m/x) to lead CEPRES' global customer successorganization and drive long-term value across our institutional client base.
This is a senior leadershiprole responsible for customer retention, adoption, expansion, and strategicclient engagement across private equity firms, pension funds, sovereign wealthfunds, insurance companies, asset managers, and other institutional investors.Working closely with Sales, Product, Data Delivery, Finance, and seniorleadership, you will ensure clients realize measurable value from CEPRESsolutions while supporting the company's continued growth.
KeyResponsibilities Customer Success Strategy &Leadership Develop and execute the global Customer Success strategy, includingcustomer segmentation, engagement models, retention initiatives, expansionprograms, and operational scalability.
Build and lead a high-performing global Customer Success organizationthat puts client needs at the center of everything we do. Establish and monitor key customer success KPIs, including retention,net revenue retention, adoption, customer health, and client satisfactionmetrics.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as executive sponsor for CEPRES' most strategic clientrelationships, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders andensuring clients realize measurable value from our solutions and dataofferings.
Develop strong relationships with institutional investors, privateequity firms, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, andasset managers. Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning discussionsand influence product roadmap priorities based on client needs and markettrends.
Support pre-sales and client engagement activities by partnering withSales during strategic client discussions and contract negotiations. Commercial Growth & Retention Own client retention, renewals, expansion, cross-selling, and upsellingstrategies, partnering closely with Sales leadership to maximize customerlifetime value and revenue growth.
Identify opportunities to increase client adoption, deepen strategicpartnerships, and expand CEPRES' footprint within existing accounts. Service Delivery & Operational Excellence Oversee customer delivery, support operations, and service governanceto ensure contractual commitments, SLAs, and customer expectations areconsistently met or exceeded.
Partner with Finance to support effective invoicing, collections, andremediation plans for delinquent accounts. Requirements 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management,relationship management, or client services within financial services, fintech,financial software, data, or investment technology environments.
Deep understanding of private markets, including Private Equity,Venture Capital, Private Credit, Infrastructure, Fund-of-Funds, andinstitutional investment workflows. Experience in investment-related disciplines such as asset management,investment banking, consulting, accounting, audit, or financial services.
Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS, financial software, dataplatforms, or investment technology solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder managementskills. Strong project and operational management capabilities. Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional clientexperiences.
