Responsibilities • Manage the calendars of executives including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses • Prioritize and address inquiries and requests with sound judgement • Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics, and follow-up actions • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications • Completed apprenticeship or a academic degree • Experience as an assistant for managment level • Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality • Strong project management and task prioritization skills demonstrated throuhg a proactive work style • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Positive energy with a collaborative, team-player mindset • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German Diversity is a part of ZEISS.
