Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vice President or Director to join our industry‑leading Global Healthcare Investment Banking team. You will play an important role in idea generation and content creation while driving analytical workstreams across junior teams.
Responsibilities Act as the primary day‑to‑day client point of contact with a focus on the Life Science Tools & Diagnostics sub‑sector Review, coordinate and own the analytical work of junior bankers to move marketing / execution processes forward Refine marketing / execution materials for maximum client impact Lead IPO drafting sessions Oversee the creation of M&A models Coordinate internally across products and countries as part of a global team, and with external parties on transactions (e.g. lawyers, accountants, counterparties) Lead diligence processes Identify and manage all risks related to each deal Skills Prior VP/Director level experience in Health As a Vice President/Director in Investment Banking, you’ll have experience developing strong relationships with corporate clients and working across different products across regions and geographies.
You’ll work on deals and transactions across the spectrum of our banking products, including mergers & acquisitions, sell‑sides, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity capital and debt capital raises.
