Key responsibilities will include delivering the highest standards in learning, teaching and assessment, spearheading commercial strategies to ensure revenue generation, fulfilling statutory and regulatory obligations and leading the college’s digital transformation.

They must demonstrate commercial acuity, strategic vision and a deep commitment to promoting quality and fiscal management that align with exceptional student outcomes.

The Principal & Chief Executive must build consensus through effective communication, inspirational leadership (both internally and externally) and by placing learners at the heart of all endeavours to ensure Truro & Penwith College continues to thrive and maintain its reputation in today’s challenging economic landscape.
