Translational Medicine Director/Associate*- Cardiovascular & Metabolic

Overview In this role you drive PoC-focused translational medicine across global cross-functional teams, shaping PoC strategies and guiding early clinical trials in cardiovascular metabolism. You lead trial planning, medical monitoring, and publication of PoC results while collaborating with biology, chemistry, and health authorities. The position offers high visibility within a mission-driven, innovation-focused organization. You will influence path-to-approval decisions and contribute to the broader development strategy.

Anforderungen MD with clinical subspecialty training in cardiovascular disease or endocrinology/metabolic disease; PhD/post-doc preferred 1–2+ years in pharma/biotech, CRO, or academic medical center; 5+ years for Director level Strong medical and scientific reputation with impactful publications Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently on study planning and execution; lead cross-functional collaborations Leadership of multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization Innovative mindset with interest in new PoC approaches Fluency in English Strong communication and influencing skills Independent initiative and strategic thinking Collaborative leadership in matrix teams Clinical trials management Data analysis Data monitoring
