Position Overview the company is looking for a Technical Director to serve as a Cross-solution Subject Matter Expert and Architect across Adobe enterprise platforms including Adobe Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe App Builder, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe Firefly—bridging the gap between technical excellence and business outcomes throughout the full SDLC.
The Technical Director’s primary responsibility is to provide authoritative technical validation and architectural guidance across Sales, Solutions, and Delivery engagements, ensuring that every client commitment is grounded in sound, scalable design.
The director is also responsible for driving technical leadership and enablement across the organization through mentorship, training, and participation in innovation initiatives that advance the practice’s capabilities and culture.
In this role, the Technical Director takes up to 25–50% client engagement (10–20 hours per week) at points in time, applying deep platform expertise directly in partnership with clients while flexing to internal initiatives as priorities require.
Key Responsibilities Technical Validation & Leadership Validate technical solutions recommended by Sales, Solutions, and Delivery Directors to ensure alignment with client needs and organizational standards.
