It is part of TIC Holding Schweiz AG. /ppTo strengthen the team in Quartino (TI), the following position is sought immediately, or on a date to be agreed: /ppstrongRequired tasks: /strong /pulliDirection, supervision and technical responsibility of the calibration laboratories in the Dimensional, Pressure, Torque and Force sectors. /liliDirection and supervision of the Electrical laboratory together with the Laboratory Manager. /liliGeneral supervision of incoming/outgoing orders. /liliLaboratory technician team management and development. /liliEnsuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and maintaining SAS accreditation, in a team with the Quality Manager. /liliPlanning and management of internal and external audits. /liliValidation of measurement methods and calculation of measurement uncertainties. /liliReview and approval of calibration certificates. /liliRelationship management with the accreditation entities (SAS/METAS). /liliDevelopment and implementation of new calibration procedures. /liliManagement of the equipment and planning the calibration of our references. /liliTechnical customer support for complex metrology issues, in a team with the commercial department. /liliTraining with the CEO for strategic laboratory development and the MD role. /liliTraining as a Technical Engineer / Physicist or equivalent experience. /liliIn-depth knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and accreditation requirements. /liliExperience in managing technical teams. /liliFull business fluency in Italian, German and English. /liliStatistical/mathematical skills to be able to build an Uncertainty Budget (GUM). /liliLeadership and human resource management skills. /liliExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills. /liliIn-depth knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel (advanced formulas, automations, macros). /li /ulpstrongOptional requirements (considered preferential for hiring): /strong /pulliExperience in a similar function. /liliKnowledge of French. /liliExperience as a Technical Manager in accredited laboratories. /liliExperience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM-3D). /liliKnowledge of laboratory management software (LIMS). /liliSpecific training in metrology (SAS, PTB, METAS courses). /liliExperience in managing accreditation audits. /liliAutomation or programming skills. /li /ulpstrongWhat to expect: /strong /pulliA role of responsibility with wide decision-making autonomy. /liliDirect support to the CEO and other Holding roles. /liliOpportunity for professional growth in an expanding company. /liliContinuing education and the chance to build authority within the TIC world. /liliFlexible hours. /liliA professional and collaborative environment. /liliA dynamic, innovative and motivated team. /liliActive participation in the strategic development of the company. /li /ulpInterested? pstrongTechnical Director of Calibration Laboratories / Deputy MD /strong /pp(Domains: Electrical, Dimensional, Pressure, Torque, and Force) /ppOur client is METRON Measurement SA, a federally accredited calibration laboratory that has been operating in the Lengths, Electrical, Torque, Force, Temperature and Humidity industries for over 20 years.
