REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree or higher in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Materials Engineering • Minimum 3 years of cast iron foundry experience • Minimum 3 years of green sand molding experience • Strong understanding of cast iron metallurgy, melting, molding, and process control • Demonstrated success in solving foundry quality and production challenges • Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment • Willingness to relocate to or reside within commuting distance of Bremen, Indiana RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead all metallurgical and technical aspects of foundry operations • Own and optimize green sand systems, melting, pouring, and process control • Improve casting quality, yield, and operational efficiency • Reduce scrap and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Support quoting, product launches, and process development • Serve as the primary technical resource for operations and quality teams WHAT BCI OFFERS • $140,000+ starting base salary, based on experience • Performance bonus • Relocation assistance • Free onsite primary care physician with medical plan enrollment • Stability of a family-owned American manufacturer with more than 85 years in business • Direct access to company leadership • The opportunity to make a real impact on the future of our foundry This position may require access to information controlled under ITAR or other U.S. export control laws.

COME HELP US CHANGE IT. BCI Solutions, Inc. is looking for a proven foundry leader. If you have the right background, this is an opportunity to lead the technical, metallurgical, and process engineering functions of our cast iron foundry operation.

You will be expected to drive quality, reduce scrap, improve yields, optimize green sand performance, and provide technical leadership across the organization. If you do not have cast iron experience, green sand experience, and a degree in Metallurgy or Materials Science, this position is not for you.
