Key Responsibilities • • Overall responsibility for German tax strategy, compliance, and advisory • Provide expert tax support in relation to KVG structures and regulated investment vehicles • Oversee all German tax filings, audits, and interactions with tax authorities • Act as a senior advisor to Legal, Compliance, Finance, and executive stakeholders • Monitor changes in German and EU tax legislation and drive implementation across the business • Manage and coordinate external tax advisors • Contribute to wider EMEA and global tax initiatives as part of a senior tax leadership group Essential Candidate Criteria • • Demonstrable, hands‑on KVG knowledge and experience with German investment fund taxation – non‑negotiable • Significant experience within financial services, asset management, or investment management • Ability to operate confidently at senior leadership level in a regulated environment • Deep technical understanding of German tax law • Fluency in German and English • Experience in a global or matrixed organisation • Exposure to international or cross‑border xayajpt tax matters The Opportunity This role offers the chance to join a stable, internationally recognised institution in a senior, visible position, with genuine scope to shape German tax strategy within a sophisticated financial services platform.
