Responsibilities
• Optimize the company's supply chain management system, strengthening internationalization.
• Develop and drive the implementation of the company’s supply chain strategy.
• Oversee the development, management, and evaluation of domestic and international suppliers, ensuring prices, quality, and delivery meet company requirements while continuously optimizing the supplier network.
• Coordinate plan management, capacity planning, inventory control, and risk management to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
• Build and develop the supply chain team, enhancing professional skills and team cohesion through training, evaluation, and selection.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics.
• Relevant leadership experience in a multinational company.
• Strong understanding of supply chain practices and logistics in the industrial electrical cable, solar energy or battery storage industry is preferred.
• Excellent team management skills with a track record of developing high-performance teams and innovative solutions.
• Hands-on approach with a strong strategic and analytical mindset.
• Not afraid to drive change and challenge the status quo.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems, demand forecasting, and transportation management systems.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Business fluency in English is required.
• Any other European language is an advantage.
