Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, this role is fully remote.

Benefits and Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $235,000 to $255,000. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including Product Managers and Directors, to optimize pricing models and shared services processes.
Lead pricing analysis and market trend evaluations to inform strategic decision‑making. Oversee the implementation of pricing tools and systems, ensuring effective integration with business operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in deal architecture, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
The essential requirements of the job include: Extensive experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and business performance. Strong proficiency in pricing tools and data analysis platforms, such as Power BI, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
Expertise in shared services operations, including process optimization and efficiency improvements. Experience working with senior stakeholders, including Directors and Product Managers, to influence business decisions and align strategic goals.
A deep understanding of market trends and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and business planning. Demonstrated experience in leading pricing‑related projects and initiatives at a global level, including project management skills.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – list specifics: 20% travel, overnight, within territory or locations. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Leading pricing initiatives within a global organization, particularly in the technology or life sciences sectors.
Utilizing advanced data analytics tools to develop predictive pricing models and optimize shared services. Managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects with significant business impact, particularly in a matrixed environment. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
