Director, Product Management (Construction Technology - DEWALT) will set the vision and strategic direction for the DEWALT Construction Technology product portfolio, overseeing a talented team of product leaders across AI, IoT, and software solutions.
Reporting to the VP, DEWALT Construction Technology, this role will lead and mentor a team of Product Management professionals, empowering them to execute on the product roadmap and achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership & Talent Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of Group Product Managers, AI Product Managers, and Product Managers for IoT Solutions.
This executive role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring strong cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering best‑in‑class products that meet the evolving needs of the construction industry. This position is based in our Tools & Outdoor headquarters in Towson, Maryland, though remote locations will be considered.
Primary Accountabilities Strategic Leadership & Vision Define and communicate a compelling product vision and multi‑year strategy for DEWALT Construction Technology, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
