About The Role The Senior Director, Sales Operations – Enterprise & SLED is a strategic and execution-focused leader responsible for building and leading the operational foundation that enables the company Fiber’s Enterprise and SLED sales organizations to scale efficiently and deliver a differentiated customer experience.
Reporting to the President of Enterprise Sales, this leader will oversee data intelligence and analytics, order management, sales support, and the design of streamlined customer buying flows across both segments.This role will be accountable for transforming data into actionable go-to-market insights, ensuring high-quality and compliant order execution, building a high-performing sales support function, and simplifying the customer journey from opportunity through order submission.
