Advise and implement solutions to program‑level technical and contractual challenges to maintain progress of general contractors. Develop key performance indicators for program success, including safety, quality control, schedule, and financial performance metrics, and provide clear and accurate reports to the client.
Coordinate with key program stakeholders. Manage all internal project phases for Parsons’ successful execution, including planning, recruitment, mobilization, sustainment, and program execution. Identify design and construction risks and develop project‑specific mitigation strategies.
Assess present and future program needs, trends, and challenges; determine resources required to meet objectives, and direct efforts to acquire and retain necessary resources. Monitor and report the progress of all project activity within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions affecting cost or schedule.
Oversee program performance to meet financial, schedule, deliverable, and safety targets. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering or CM preferred; Master’s degree preferred). Active Top Secret clearance required. 20+ years of broad and diversified
