As a subsidiary of South Korean Hyundai Capital Services Inc., with over 10,000 employees worldwide, we offer automotive financing solutions to our customers. Since January 2019, we have been developing sales and branding strategies for Hyundai Motor Europe, Kia Europe, and its European subsidiaries. Your Role at a GlanceAs a direct advisor and trusted partner to the Executive Management, you will play a key role in coordinating strategic projects, meetings, and communication. Working with the highest level of discretion and professionalism, you will contribute to an efficient and trusted working environment and collaborate closely with Internal Communications and other Executive Assistants.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for internal communication, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the strategic direction of the CEOPrepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and reports for management meetings, take comprehensive minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actionsLead and coordinate internal and external projects in line with the CEO's strategic priorities and business objectivesHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrityBuild and maintain strong working relationships with the CEO's team members and key internal stakeholdersCollaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and contribute to a strong network of support, including the exchange of best practices and efficient ways of workingProactively monitor deadlines, action items, and key priorities to ensure smooth execution and effective
follow-throughYour ProfileSuccessfully completed commercial/business administration training, a degree in Business Administration, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally supporting senior management or executivesExcellent organizational and coordination skills, with a structured, reliable, and proactive approach to workStrong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and anticipate business needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a high level of professionalism and discretionAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookFluency in German and English, both written and spokenWhat You Bring to the RoleYou are a highly organized and proactive professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, senior-level environment.
