Senior Art Director (f/m/d)

You have at least four years of professional experience.

You are an excellent designer with high aesthetic standards and a keen sense of visual trends.

You’re at home in the digital world and are well‑versed in creative campaigns, social media channels, and innovative advertising.

You’ve already executed and led a wide variety of projects: from social media initiatives—including influencer collaborations—to digital campaigns, content marketing, and photo and film productions.

You don’t settle for the first idea that comes to mind; instead, you’re always on the lookout for innovative and surprising solutions.

You’re proficient in all standard graphic design programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and also have motion design skills.

You use new technologies, such as AI tools, with ease and skillfully integrate them into your creative process.

You’re a team player with leadership qualities. You take on responsibility, enjoy mentoring young talent, and love sharing your knowledge with others.

You’re open to discussion, flexible, and dedicated.

You live in Berlin, speak German fluently, and have a business‑level command of English.

A sense of humor and enjoying your work are essential to you—just as much as a positive, relaxed work atmosphere.
