You will drive quality, cost, delivery, and new product introduction objectives through close collaboration with globally distributed R&D teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Ensure team capability development and efficiency gains of the organization through standardization and process orientation.

Are you seeking answers and opportunities for your future? In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure scalable, standardized, and cost-effective Product Engineering execution across an outsourced supply chain.

Furthermore, you will provide leadership for initiatives that improve product quality, accelerate time-to-market, time-to-volume, strengthen supplier performance, and enhance long-term product competitiveness. Your Responsibilities Ensure product and manufacturing readiness to meet quality, volume, and delivery commitments.

Lead SoC Test SC Division NPI execution to achieve roadmap, time-to-market (TTM), time-to-volume (TTV), quality, and cost objectives. Strengthen collaboration and alignment across Product Engineering, R&D, PMO, Supply Chain, and Suppliers/CMs. Drive product quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead complex NPI, qualification, and multi-sourcing programs to support business growth and supply chain resilience. Ensure sustainable product ownership across the full product lifecycle, including quality improvements, cost optimization, and end-of-life support.

Your Qualifications Essential Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments. Proven track record leading NPI programs and cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Strong collaboration skills across R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and suppliers. Strong understanding of V93K manufacturing processes, test strategies, quality systems, and KPI-driven performance management. Experience driving product quality improvements, cost reduction, and lifecycle management.

Knowledge of semiconductor products, electronics manufacturing, supplier management, and SoC markets. Experience in leading problem-solving initiatives.
