SoC Test SC Division - Director Product Engineering & Quality (m/f/d)#8742Job DescriptionAdvantest is seeking a Director, Product Engineering & Quality within the SoC Test Supply Chain Organization to lead distributed electrical and mechanical Product Engineering teams.In this strategic leadership role, you will ensure scalable, standardized, and cost-effective Product Engineering execution across an outsourced supply chain.

You will drive quality, cost, delivery, and new product introduction objectives through close collaboration with globally distributed R&D teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.

Your Responsibilities Ensure product and manufacturing readiness to meet quality, volume, and delivery commitments.Lead SoC Test SC Division NPI execution to achieve roadmap, time-to-market (TTM), time-to-volume (TTV), quality, and cost objectives.Ensure team capability development and efficiency gains of the organization through standardization and process orientation.Strengthen collaboration and alignment across Product Engineering, R&D, PMO, Supply Chain, and Suppliers/CMs.Drive product quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.Lead complex NPI, qualification, and multi-sourcing programs to support business growth and supply chain resilience.Ensure sustainable product ownership across the full product lifecycle, including quality improvements, cost optimization, and end-of-life support.Ensure strategic internal alignment with stakeholder functions and set clear objectives, priorities, and accountability within the team and your team managers.
