What You'll Do • Manage and review complex tax returns for businesses, partnerships, S corporations, individuals, and related entities • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance • Lead client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts • Mentor, develop, and support tax staff and managers • Create structure, improve workflows, and implement scalable processes across the tax department • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and technology adoption • Collaborate with firm leadership on capacity planning, quality control, and operational initiatives • Help drive a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement • Stay current on tax law developments and communicate planning opportunities to clients and team members What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • 8+ years of public accounting tax experience • Strong experience reviewing complex tax returns and providing tax planning services • Experience managing client relationships and leading teams • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, technology-driven environment Preferred Qualifications • CPA or EA designation • Healthcare industry tax experience • Experience with UltraTax • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online • Experience working in a fully cloud-based accounting environment • Prior experience helping implement systems, processes, and operational improvements Who Will Be Successful Here? • A natural leader who enjoys developing people • Process-oriented and highly organized • Comfortable creating order in a growing environment • Equally energized by client work and team leadership • Forward-thinking and solutions-focused • Collaborative, accountable, and entrepreneurial Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: Up to $225,000 • Biannual Performance Bonus • Unlimited PTO • Fully Remote Work Environment • Flexible Schedule • Growth and Leadership Opportunities • Collaborative, Technology-Forward Culture • Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing firm Ready to Join Us?
