Your Responsibilities Lead benchmarking and design of all elements of executive compensation, including equity‑based incentives Manage executive case management and interact with Oerlikon’s top managers regarding their reward matters Drive executive compensation related technology management and development, starting with Oerlikon’s equity administration platform Oversee the annual salary review for top managers Interface with Finance on equity accounting, valuation, treasury budgeting and accrual topics Develop financial models related to Oerlikon’s executive reward programs to gain insights Prepare and draft the Annual Remuneration Report for publication, and coordinate with external experts and providers Prepare binding votes on executive and board compensation at Oerlikon’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, including interactions with proxy advisors Support the Head of Global Rewards in preparing presentations for the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors Manage the compensation of the Board of Directors, including cross‑border tax and social security questions Your Profile Education in business administration with emphasis on HR or finance Further education in compensation is an advantage Experience in international project management Knowledge in finance and accounting, especially in financial modelling Knowledge in tax, legal and social security Clear, concise communication HR‑tech savvy Knowledge of MS Office, very strong Excel skills and general affinity with IT tools Fluent in spoken and written English; German minimum B1 We Offer A very welcoming, supportive and collaborative team spirit and an open company culture An exciting and challenging opportunity to work in an international global technology company Attractive compensation and working conditions, including lunch checks Modern office facilities within a 10‑minute walk to the train station Pfäffikon/SZ with direct connections to Zurich; the motorway Chur/Zurich within a 5‑minute drive #J-18808-Ljbffr Senior Manager Executive Reward We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Executive Reward for our Headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ.
