An internationally recognised consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join its Consumer Goods Supply Chain practice in Switzerland. Collaborate with consulting teams to define solutions that address client challenges across supply chain, manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, and operations.

The Opportunity You will play a key role in expanding the firm's presence across the Consumer Goods sector, developing new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping large-scale transformation programmes.

This position is suited to someone who enjoys building a market, creating trusted client relationships, and leading strategic conversations at executive level. Key Responsibilities Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across Consumer Goods and FMCG organisations.

Develop and execute account growth strategies across strategic clients. Shape and sell complex consulting engagements focused on supply chain transformation. Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior operational leaders. Support the continued growth and market positioning of the Consumer Goods practice.

Requirements Significant experience within a leading consulting firm or advisory environment. Strong Consumer Goods, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Beauty, Personal Care, or Retail sector experience. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and operations.

Proven track record of sales, account growth, and relationship management. Demonstrated ability to originate and win consulting work. Experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive-level relationships. Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Ideal Background Senior Manager, Director, Associate Partner, or equivalent level. Experience within a major consulting firm or specialist supply chain consultancy. Existing network within the Swiss Consumer Goods market. French language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
