Your Tasks
•
Supporting our portfolio companies in their turnaround journey, by working closely with the management board and the Mutares team
•
Establishing a business plan incl. a turnaround concept and driving the implementation together with the Operations team and the portfolio company, including the management of different stakeholders
•
Assessment of strategic decisions (e.g.
Insourcing/Outsourcing) together with the local teams and the Mutares team
•
Supporting the acquisition and integration process of add on acquisitions
•
Establishing the management governance and coherent tracking and reporting within the portfolio company
Your Profile
•
Successfully completed a degree in the field of economics, engineering, science or similar with outstanding results
•
At least 6 years of experience in transformations, restructuring or turnaround situations
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on approach
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•
Business fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate in a well‑structured and concise manner
•
Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday – Thursday) and to work in an international environment
