Join the Large Deals team as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive. The role focuses on winning and delivering large‑scale business outcomes for clients through Application Modernization, Cloud, AI, and Digital Transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities • Develop and manage C‑level relationships across target accounts. • Identify, qualify, and create large transformation opportunities. • Lead end‑to‑end sales pursuits from opportunity creation through contract signature. • Build compelling win strategies and competitive positioning. • Mobilize and coordinate cross‑functional teams including Solution Architects, Bid Managers, Commercial and Delivery Leaders. • Shape innovative solutions that address client business challenges. • Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring profitable growth. • Drive executive engagement throughout the sales lifecycle. • Ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery.

Qualifications • 15+ years of enterprise IT sales experience. • 10+ years selling complex Application Services and Applications Outsourcing engagements. • Proven success leading and closing large‑scale pursuits valued between €20M and €500M+. • Fluent German and English languages. • Strong executive presence with experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Chief Digital Officers, and senior business stakeholders. • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and competitive pursuits. • Experience selling large‑scale Application Modernization, Cloud Transformation, Managed Services, Digital Engineering, or AI‑led Transformation programs. • Proven ability to build executive relationships and influence strategic business decisions. • Strong commercial acumen with experience leading contract negotiations and deal governance.
