Establish, coordinate, and lead Pink Team, Red Team, Gold Team, and other proposal reviews. Responsibilities As the company’s chief proposal practitioner, responsibilities comprise: Lead and execute all phases of federal proposal development from solicitation release through proposal submission.
Develop proposal schedules, work plans, compliance matrices, requirements traceability matrices, and proposal management plans. Coordinate proposal contributors, subject matter experts, technical leads, recruiters, pricing personnel, subcontractors, and partners.
Author proposal sections including executive summaries, management approaches, transition plans, staffing approaches, quality plans, and corporate experience narratives. Facilitate solutioning sessions and collaborate with technical leadership to develop differentiated technical approaches.
Review technical, management, staffing, and past performance content for quality, compliance, responsiveness, and win themes. Develop and maintain proposal compliance tools, content libraries, templates, style guides, and proposal processes.
Coordinate pricing and labor estimating activities, including labor category mapping, staffing assumptions, and level-of-effort development. Support capture activities through opportunity assessments, customer research, competitive analysis, and pursuit planning. Support business development
