Responsibilities
• Development of the procurement strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for the planning and construction of data centers
• Align procurement activities with corporate objectives and project schedules
• Further develop sustainable and cost-efficient procurement approaches
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Manage the supplier selection process
• Negotiate favorable contractual terms
• Monitor supplier performance
• Prepare, negotiate and manage procurement contracts
• Plan and monitor the procurement budget
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure tailored procurement solutions
• Monitor trends, innovations and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
• Continue to develop procurement processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in procurement, ideally within construction or data center environments
• Proven experience managing complex procurement processes, including contract negotiations and supplier management
• Solid knowledge of procurement strategies, supply chain risk management, and supplier relationship management
• Experience in budget management and implementing cost-saving measures
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in procurement software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
