You will provide strategic direction across a complex maintenance, refurbishment and upgrade project portfolio and ensure consistent execution at the highest standard. /li libDrive Strategic Program Leadership Across the Basel Site: /b Lead project planning, resource allocation, staffing, supply chain coordination, subcontractor management, and issue resolution across Basel Site Operations.

You will act as a trusted partner and first point of escalation for key matters on site. /li libStrengthen Governance, Performance, and Predictability: /b Apply strong program management principles, standards, and methodologies across the organization.
