Responsibilities: Own portfolio-wide safety strategy, benefit-risk evaluation, and risk management Lead and develop a team of PV professionals Drive signal management, safety assessments, and regulatory compliance activities Partner with senior leaders across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions Influence business-critical decisions while ensuring patient safety remains at the heart of every action What we're looking for: MSc or higher + an advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or related field 10+ years of pharmacovigilance experience within the pharma or biotech industry Strong expertise in post-marketing safety, benefit-risk management and PV strategy Experience in leadership xecpmvz roles such as Global Safety Lead, Safety Scientist, Therapeutic Area Lead, or similar Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in complex global environments Location: Switzerland or Germany This is an excellent opportunity for senior PV professionals looking to move beyond operational oversight and into a role with true strategic ownership and organisational impact.
