Position Summary The Senior Director of SCADA Products leads the Product Engineering and Product Management functions for the SCADA Business Unit, with end-to-end responsibility for product strategy execution, engineering leadership, quality, and delivery readiness across the portfolio.
This role provides direct leadership to Engineering Managers responsible for MetStations and FNEs, PV and BESS Controls, SCADA Hardware and Software, HIL, and Power Systems, while guiding Product Managers to align roadmap priorities with business goals and market needs.
This leader is responsible for driving execution across architecture, development, validation, release, quality, and field support for utility-scale renewable energy products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Product Engineering organization and Product Managers for the SCADA Business Unit, providing strategic direction, organizational leadership, and execution discipline across the product portfolio.
Directly oversee Engineering Managers responsible for MetStations and FNEs, PV and BESS Controls, SCADA Hardware and Software, HIL, and Power Systems, ensuring strong technical leadership, alignment, and accountability.
