Work within federal and state funding programs to optimize funding opportunities. Support and actively participate in key municipal finance initiatives within the organization.
Lead infrastructure financing efforts, with a focus on municipal utility finance. Analyze market trends through competitor research and deliver valuable insights into industry developments. Lead the development of strategies for funding and financing to support infrastructure.
