As an engineering director of Lovol European R&D Center, you will lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies and products of agricultural machinery to meet the customer needs.
• Experience in the top agricultural companies is preferred
• Collect agriculture machine information, define the product and technology MGPP;
• Manage the product & technology strategy and project management;
• Ensure the cooperation between China and Europe;
• Review the technical proposal and product design;
• Develop high quality supply chain, manufacturing process and quality technology standard ;
• Complete the EU homologation;
• Manage the continuous product improvement;
• Find talent people and build the team;
