Your responsibilities • Own the commercial development and growth of strategic hyperscale accounts across EMEA • Identify, qualify and secure new hyperscale opportunities for large-scale data center capacity deployments • Develop long-term account strategies for global cloud providers, AI companies and hyperscale customers • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers • Lead complex sales engagements involving Colocation, Powered Shell, Build-to-Suit and Campus Development • Coordinate multidisciplinary bid teams across Technical Sales, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal and Executive Management • Structure commercial solutions that balance customer requirements with Green’s long-term business objectives • Lead commercial negotiations for high-value, multi-year agreements • Drive executive-level pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline • Contribute to the development of Green’s hyperscale go-to-market strategy • Represent Green at international industry conferences • Create an exceptional customer experience and establish long-term strategic partnerships Your profile • Minimum 10 years of successful enterprise or strategic sales experience within data center, cloud or digital infrastructure • Proven track record of closing hyperscale infrastructure transactions of at least 20 MW; experience with transactions exceeding 100 MW is a strong advantage • Deep understanding of hyperscaler procurement processes and data center business models • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills • Ability to navigate complex international stakeholder environments • Master’s degree • Fluent English; German is an advantage • International experience and willingness to travel What you can expect This is an executive commercial role with significant strategic influence and direct exposure to some of the world’s leading hyperscalers.

As Senior Director – Hyperscale Data Center Solutions EMEA, you will lead the commercial development of strategic hyperscale opportunities and build long-term relationships with global hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers and cloud companies.

You will identify new market opportunities, develop executive account strategies and lead complex, high-value transactions for colocation, powered shell, build-to-suit and large-scale data center campus solutions.
