What You’ll Do:
• Own the connective tissue across high-impact workstreams, tracking dependencies and surfacing blockers.
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and drive issues to closure at your level.
• Partner with FP&A to run a consistent stage gate rhythm and track value realization.
What You’ll Bring:
• 12+ years of professional experience with deep understanding of transformation strategy and operational efficiency.
• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in global, matrix-based environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and make fact-based decisions.
