Lead and manage a team of two lead financial analysts and the Strategic Finance Associate. Establish and manage team goals, priorities, and budgets; ensure alignment with overall finance and business strategy.
Responsibilities Drive the vision and execution of corporate finance strategy across budgeting/forecasting, M&A, valuations, capital planning, and market activities. Oversee the company’s long‑range financial models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment to organizational objectives.
Lead the development and continuous enhancement of valuation models, including discounted cash flow and multiple‑based methodologies. Lead the development and enhancement of the annual budget as well as the two forecasts the company produces throughout the year.
Oversee capital market transactions, including recapitalizations, debt issuances, redemptions, and related activities. Serve as lead for finance integration during acquisitions, aligning processes and financial strategies across business units. Identify and elevate financial risks that could have long‑term strategic or revenue implications.
Recommend and implement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen financial decision‑making. Oversee large‑scale departmental budget
