The successful candidate will serve as the European Compliance lead, represent Compliance on the European Leadership Team, and collaborate closely with U.S. colleagues to implement global initiatives across the region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the continuous development and execution of Healthcare Compliance Programs across Europe, aligned with RevMed’s global compliance strategy, OIG Guidance, applicable industry codes, and best practices /li liRepresent Compliance as the European Compliance lead on the European Leadership Team /li liPartner cross‑regionally to implement global compliance initiatives in Europe /li liProvide compliance leadership and oversight for Commercial and Medical activities, including: ul liGrants and sponsorships /li liSpeaker programs /li liAdvisory boards /li liInteractions with HCPs, HCOs, governments, and patient advocacy groups /li /ul /li liEstablish and chair the European Compliance Committee, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders /li liSupport risk assessments, monitoring, auditing, and internal reviews, and contribute to the resolution of investigations and remediation plans /li liBuild, develop, and manage the European Compliance team, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and scalable operating models /li liOversee compliance training programmes for employees and designated third parties /li liProactively monitor legal, regulatory, and industry developments impacting European compliance /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul li12+ years’ relevant experience in healthcare compliance, including in‑house pharmaceutical experience /li liLaw degree (LL.B. or equivalent) required /li liStrong track record of building and leading regional compliance frameworks /li liExtensive experience supporting the development, approval, and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Europe /li liDeep knowledge of European healthcare laws, transparency requirements, and industry codes /li liProven ability to apply risk‑based, pragmatic compliance solutions in a matrixed organization /li liExperience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders across functions /li liExceptional communication and leadership skills /li liFluent in English; additional European language strongly preferred /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pCompetitive base salary, bonus, and benefits package /p pRevolution Medicines is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity, inclusion, and providing reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process. /p /p ph3Overview /h3 pRevolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS‑addicted cancers.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned European healthcare compliance leader to design, lead and embed a robust regional compliance framework for a fast-growing, science‑driven oncology company.
Reporting into Global Compliance and working closely with senior Commercial, Medical, Clinical Development, Legal, Finance, and HR leadership, the role will support both current operations and future product launches across Europe — while actively shaping a culture of compliance and integrity.
