Responsibilities Drive and own application strategy and bluebook for ADAS domain Be well connected and engage with leading customers to consider customer’s pain‑points into future ADAS domain solutions Develop a value proposition and market picture by capturing global requirements, including system cost and pricing inputs, and support G2M concepts for these applications Manage a cross‑divisional system competence team of Product Marketing and Technical Marketing to derive specific product requirements for 6 Product Lines from all Divisions of Infineon Qualifications A technical degree, e.g. in Electronic Engineering, Informatics or Physics At least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferable in the field of ADAS; experience in customer interaction, ideally with both OEMs and T1s Proven skills in managing cross‑divisional teams including product marketing and technical marketing experts and to form a winning team to drive the whole application area People and project management skills to organize a cross‑functional team of around 20 experts globally Very good analytical skills in order to access the different options and to derive product requirements Intercultural skills to drive a diverse t As Senior Director Application Marketing ADAS Domain you are responsible to translate market and application trends into an application roadmap, derive requirements for next generation products and make it visible to all internal stakeholders through clear communication.
