Your tasks

• Developing and visualizing creative concepts across campaigns, formats and channelsTranslating campaign ideas into a wide range of individual assets while maintaining consistency and creative qualityTailoring creative work to the specific requirements of different media, audiences and stakeholdersCollaborating closely with copywriters, strategists, designers and other disciplines to develop integrated solutionsPresenting and defending creative ideas confidently to internal and external stakeholdersTaking creative ownership of projects from concept through to final executionWhat we're looking for:Several years of experience as an
• Art Director in an advertising agency or comparable creative environmentA strong portfolio demonstrating distinctive visual work and creative excellenceStrong conceptual thinking and a confident understanding of visual storytellingA good understanding of different media, formats and their specific creative requirementsExperience balancing creative ambition with the needs of different stakeholdersExperience with B2B or retail clients is a plusA collaborative mindset, confidence in presenting ideas and openness to feedback
