Sales Director – SAP & Cloud Solutions (German Speaking)

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead new business development and regional sales growth across the DACH market. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with deep knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, and related digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts in the IT and SAP ecosystem
• Build and manage long-term client relationships, understanding business goals and translating them into tailored service solutions
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans that align with company objectives
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape customer proposals and ensure solution alignment
• Stay informed on SAP and cloud technology trends to effectively position offerings

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, ideally within SAP and S/4HANA
• Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise environments
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English
• Experience leading or contributing to regional sales operations is advantageous
