Responsibilities • Overall responsibility for the planning, control and successful delivery of complex SAP projects and transformation programs • Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of internal and external stakeholders • Responsibility for project objectives regarding quality, budget, resources and timelines • Management of SAP implementations, rollouts, migrations and S/4HANA transformation projects • Creation and monitoring of project plans, milestones and risk management measures • Advising management and business units on strategic and organizational matters in the SAP environment • Ensuring efficient communication between business units, IT, service providers and executive management • Identification and implementation of optimization and digitization opportunities across business processes • Management of change management and organizational development activities within SAP projects • Responsibility for escalation management and sustainable problem resolution for complex challenges • Support in the selection, management and evaluation of external service providers and implementation partners • Ensuring compliance with governance, compliance and quality standards • Conducting project reviews, management reporting and status presentations at management and board level • Promoting agile and traditional project management methods to continuously improve the project organization • Active contribution to the company’s SAP and digitization strategy Requirements • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in leading complex SAP projects, ideally in an international environment • Solid knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP modules and business processes • Experience in planning and executing SAP transformations, rollouts, migrations or digitization projects • Project management certification (e.g.

PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) is an advantage • Knowledge of agile project management methods (Scrum, SAFe, Agile frameworks) desirable • Experience in stakeholder, change and risk management • Strong leadership and communication skills • High customer and service orientation as well as commercial awareness and entrepreneurial thinking • Analytical and structured working style with strong problem-solving skills • Confident demeanor at management and executive level • Ability to present complex issues clearly and drive decision-making • High initiative, assertiveness and results orientation • Resilience and confident handling of demanding project and change situations • Team player with enjoyment in working in interdisciplinary and international teams • EU work permit • Permanent EU residency status • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex SAP projects, including S/4HANA transformations, with a strong focus on stakeholder communication, change management, and risk mitigation.
