Your responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery across mobilisation, design, build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare. • Lead global programmes involving multiple SAP workstreams, business functions, countries and delivery locations. • Establish the integrated programme plan, governance model, delivery cadence and executive reporting. • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, budget, resources and escalations. • Direct distributed teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery models. • Manage performance and accountability across systems integrators, vendors and client stakeholders. • Chair steering committees and act as the senior escalation point for programme delivery. • Drive standardisation, global template adoption, business readiness and successful deployment outcomes. • Ensure delivery remains aligned with client strategy, contractual commitments and measurable business value.

What you bring • Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Program Director, Delivery Director, Transformation Director or equivalent. • A track record of delivering large-scale, global SAP programmes—not only managing individual workstreams. • Strong experience across SAP implementation lifecycles, including testing, data migration, cutover and post-go-live stabilisation. • Confidence engaging CIOs, business sponsors, executive steering committees and senior client stakeholders. • Experience leading multi-vendor, multi-location teams and managing systems-integrator performance. • Strong commercial understanding of programme budgets, resource planning, forecasts and delivery commitments. • Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder-management skills. • SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme leadership experience is desirable.
