You will act as both a strategic advisor and Director, guiding complex transformation projects and ensuring regulatory-compliant, future-ready system landscapes. You combine strong SAP expertise with industry knowledge in Life Sciences and enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and compliance-driven processes.

You will align our clients’ implementation projects with their digitalization strategies. As part of large SAP transformation and innovation projects, you will drive the industrialization of rollouts and implementations while integrating best practices and accelerators.

Your Profile You hold a university degree in a technical or scientific field with an IT focus, or an equivalent qualification. You have several years of professional experience in shaping digital transformation and/or delivering complex SAP transformations (S/4HANA template/rollout projects, cloud, RISE). You are fluent in German.

You bring knowledge and experience in establishing standardized implementation processes and industrializing them within a leadership role. You are comfortable working in both agile and traditional project environments and can effectively combine methods, technologies, and innovations.
