They develop and produce innovative packaging solutions and create distinctive brand identities through custom printing and creative design. • Headquarters in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and China • Employees: 450 worldwide • Founded: 2003 with a global growth strategy • Customers: 180+ in over 70 countries Responsibilities • Identification and development of new business opportunities and markets • Development and implementation of sales strategies • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Conducting market and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making • Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams • Preparation of business cases and presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Willingness to travel within the DACH region to ensure optimal on-site support Your Profile • Completed degree in Business, Management, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in Sales/ Business Development; proven industry experience in the packaging/industrial sector is a must • Strong hunter mentality: you enjoy acquiring new customers, building networks, and actively developing business opportunities • Results-oriented, proactive, and independent working style • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical abilities • High level of initiative, team spirit, and goal orientation • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, other languages is a plus Our Offer • Flexible Hybrid Position (Office/Remote) • Company car included • Flexible location: Zurich or Halle • Competitive compensation package • Responsible project role with direct opportunities to shape outcomes • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes • A dynamic team with an open company culture Then this job could be perfect for you!
