Whether in finance, retail, manufacturing, or automotive, our software solutions are used daily by more than 50 million people. As a Sales Executive (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in acquiring new customers, with a full focus on selling tailored B2B software solutions.

Your responsibilities include: New customer acquisition: Identifying and winning new customers and projects in Switzerland and Germany in the field of tailored software solutions in Switzerland.

Pipeline development: Systematically building and actively maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC), and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing.

Consulting: Analyzing the needs of prospective customers and advising them on custom software development, cloud, data, and AI solutions. Proposal management: Preparing proposals and handling tenders in close collaboration with management. Winning and converting public frame contracts into revenue.

Networking & events: Building and maintaining your network by participating in meetups, customer events, and trade fairs. What You’ll Bring You stand out through strong communication skills combined with a pronounced business mindset.

Your negotiation skills and ability to identify new business opportunities help you recognize and successfully leverage opportunities early. Additionally, you bring: At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in IT consulting or custom software development.

A proven track record in new customer acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data, or AI solutions. Experiences and a network into the Swiss Public and/or Defense Sector. A network into the German Public/Defense Sector is a plus.

Experiences in structure public tenders in national and regional (e.g. cantons, cities) level Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.). Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2).
