As a Business Development Executive – Air Freight , you are a key growth driver for our strategic Air and LCL products.

Your Responsibilities • Identify and win new customers with regular Air and LCL volumes • Build a strong pipeline through proactive lead generation using sales tools, networks, and market insights • Leverage relevant value propositions to sell tailored Air/LCL solutions • Prepare spot quotes and support larger RFQ opportunities • Collaborate closely with local product teams to ensure competitive pricing and volume growth • Successfully onboard new accounts and accelerate volume conversion • Cross-sell and upsell complementary services such as Customs and Haulage • Drive new business on strategic trade lanes aligned with asset optimization • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations and customer service • Transfer strategic accounts to key account teams when required, ensuring a seamless customer experience What You’re Accountable For • New Air/LCL business volume • New business revenue • Providing customer and market insights to support product development • High customer satisfaction from first contact through implementation What You Bring • Proven experience in airfreight sales • A strong hunter mindset with transactional sales skills • Solid market and industry knowledge • Highly driven and results-oriented approach • Confidence in cold outreach and negotiations • Resilience, speed, and a strong closing mentality • Focus on sustainable wins and new client acquisition • Openness to modern, AI-enabled sales tools Why this role?
