At Dormer Pramet, we’re on an ambitious growth journey shaped by diverse cultures, digital ways of working, and a pragmatic business approach. We’re now looking for a confident, inspiring, and business‑savvy leader to head our Sales Area Eastern Europe – covering the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, and selected export markets.

Responsibilities In this position you set the strategic direction for our sales activities in the area, ensuring alignment with global targets, initiatives, and marketing plans. You drive the global strategy on a regional level and ensure a purpose‑driven, innovative, and digital growth direction that maximises customer value.

A solid brand portfolio and a well‑balanced product mix, tailored to local market needs, are your cornerstones. By staying close to market trends, you gather key insights and continuously refine the local business plan to improve delivery, profitability, and efficiency, while prioritising areas for development and growth.

You’re a role model when it comes to increasing sales, as you actively build and maintain your relationship with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Leading and inspiring our large sales organization within Eastern Europe of about 60 people, bringing awareness of our Dormer Pramet culture and values.

Creating great cross‑functional collaborations. Driving synergies and sharing best practices to keep improving – according to both market trends and internal strategies. Location & Flexibility The location is flexible within Europe, with a preference for some Eastern Europe location. Some travel is included in the job.

Qualifications You have comprehensive experience in technical product sales and customer interfaces in a global setting, as well as a relevant degree in an area such as Sales, Business Administration or Engineering. Experience in marketing and the industry is valued, and you understand our business, products, and culture.

With change‑management skills and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, you combine strategic thinking with hands‑on action to drive customer value and competitiveness.
