QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Sales Director (EMEA) hire in a specialist category.
They require a proven Sales Director with a focus on the DACH region to create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth.
Reporting to the VP of the region, they value someone who has a development / commercial mindset and, with this in mind, it is critical that the successful candidate has an understanding of working and building relationship with complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background.
Responsibilities Drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth in the DACH region. Develop and nurture relationships with complex food groups within a B2B Ingredients context. Build world-class partnerships with customers in an entrepreneurial environment.
Apply a development / commercial mindset to business development and key account management in the Food Ingredients category.
Qualifications Must have built your career with either a B2B Food Ingredients business, or a Flavor house, where they honed their skills in key account management and business development within the Food Ingredients category.
