Key Responsibilities -Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business. -Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential. -Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction. -Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business. -Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
