As Director Institutional Sales, you will be a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s institutional client base across Europe.

You will originate and develop strategic relationships with European financial institutions – including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintechs, and family offices – engaging decision‑makers at Director, Managing Director, and C‑suite level across key European financial centres.

This is a high‑impact, relationship‑led role for an experienced institutional salesperson who combines deep knowledge of European capital markets with a genuine understanding of the digital asset landscape.
